So we get there with Ethan (My oldest son), they bring us into the room that is NOT the u/s room, so I was bummed we wouldnt be getting an u/s.
Then my Dr. walks in and hasnt even closed the door and said "where are we today, are we moving you across the hall" and me and neils both said "YES!" LOL. He laughed and said Okay! Didnt even look at the chart.
So we got over there and I didnt have to undress They did an abdominal u/s and we immediately saw our cute lil baby!!! He/she is soooooooooooooooo cute!!!! Just perfect, here is the u/s pic:
The little arms are bent with its hands up by his face isnt it CUTE! and you can see the umbilical cord coming out of his tummy
He was sleeping then decided todo a lil dance and shook its butt and wiggled its legs and moved its arms up and down, it was sooooo adorable. Ethan just loved it!!!!
I am so in love And he said 2nd trimester starts at 12 weeks, so only 9 days away Woohoo!!!
Next appt is 4 weeks away. and there is NOTHING wrong at all Im so relieved. But he still has me on restricted activity/pelvic rest.

That is SO COOL!!!! It's amazing what technology can do these days! Unfortunately, my Dr's office doesn't do them standard, you had to pay extra for them, unless you had a problem that warranted it, so I only ever got the 2d kind. But that's okay.
What a cute little baby! Isn't it amazing what our bodies can do??

That is sooo sweet, thanks so much for sharing. I wish my doctor's office did those as routine, but they are strictly elective... After seeing it though, I might have to scratch together some extra $$$ and go for it.

That is so cute!! I love having the 3D & 4D done. It makes it seem so real, and not as "alien" scary!
