Hi gonnatry
I had a m/c in January at 13 weeks and my temp stayed high for 4 weeks, I suggest you dont temp till after your first af those high temps are horrible to see when you know you have lost your baby.
Take care hopefully you will get a stick bfp really soon

I just started charting this month, but I think I remember reading in the Fertility Friend training email that temps can often stay elevated during AF and then drop afterwards.

Sorry I can't be much more help, but just wanted to add that in there...

Hope your temps drop soon!
