Hi eveyone. I am 22 years old and have been married for 3 years. In Oct. 2006 I was diagnosed with PCOS, my husband and I gave ourselves a year to get me healthy. We started to try in Aug. 2007 and concieved finding out Oct.4. On Nov. 7th 2007 we lost our baby 2 days before my 22nd birthday. We are to the point were we can safely start again. I started my first cycle of clomid on March 5th and I am also taking metformin 500mg twice a day. I am hoping everything will turn out. Even though I was so early in my pg I am still a mess sometimes and just recently have been able to feel happiness for other ladies who is pg. I know that with time I will become pg, but I will never forget my first angel. Any advice or encouragement as we go through this again? I am so scared to lose another baby. On top of the PCOS I have hypothyroidism and I am RH neg. The good news is when I lost the baby my blood did not synthesize and so the next baby should not be affected. I am happy I have found this place and I know I will find support here. Thanks, and good luck to all!

Hi

I am sorry you lost your baby.

I wish no one ever knew this type of pain. It does get a little easier over time. You never forget, but you will eventually smile again.

I hope you get a BFP very quick

Pull up a chair and make yourself at home. I too love this board

Hi and

I am so sorry for your loss. I also lost my angel in Nov of last year and I am so glad I have found this board. These women are awesome! Let me warn you...this place is addicting! lol

I do have one question, did you get the rhogam shot after your m/c? I am also Rh negative, but it doesn't really have any bearing on future pregnancies as long as you received the shot. Just curious...

I look forward to getting to know you!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I think we will never forget our angels. I know it is hard especially being around babies and pg woman. But all of that is normal. I am also rh neg too. I found out at the ER when I had my m/c. So I hope you did the shot of rhogam. Everyone here is so nice and helpful so welcome!!!!!!!!!! And good luck

I have had three Rhogam shots.
1 in the hospital when I first started bleeding and found out I was Rh neg. The 2nd one was the second time I went to the hospital and they said there was no baby but a blighted ovum. Later at my docs office he found a heart beat at 99 bpm. Then a week later after I actually had the m/c got another one. So I think I was well protected, but I was still very scared of the less than 1% possibility that I could harm our next baby. I can t tell yall how relieved I am to find this place. My hubby has been great, but he just doesnt understand the depth of my pain. I hope within the next couple of months I will be giving everyone great news and good luck yall!

Welcome to the board, glad to have you join us, and very sorry for your loss. I just came here from the Nov Due Date Club on Friday, and I know what you mean about trying to be happy for others. I stop by there to say hi to the girls I had to leave, and I'm sad everytime I do.

This forum is amazing and full of help and concern for you. I can't describe how helpful the ladies here have been to me, I hope that you find the same thing for yourself.
