Wow some people definatly aren't the brightest crayon in the box. I'm right there with you guys though. If and when we get our sticky bean it will be me and DH and our son (2 years old) who will know until my belly grows for everyone to see. I'm so scared of going through the embarrassment again of having to untell everyone. I definatly learned my lesson

I'm sorry honey!! I lost my baby at the end, so it was a little different for me (instead of "congrats on the pregnancy" it was "oh, how's the baby??"). But it hurts, it really does. I totally understand not telling anyone. I told everyone I was pregnant with Cora the day I found out. I didn't tell anyone irl with Erin until I was a couple months along.

Jenn. So sorry you had to deal with that! I actually posted a blog on my MySpace about losing the baby so that people wouldn't keep asking me about it.

And I agree with everyone else, next time, many fewer people will know, atleast until I see a hb. I hope that will cause us less heartache...

I hear you all on the waiting to tell people. This is a total trend among this board. I too have decided that it will be DH and I to know right away and I will tell our parents, but otherwise we're not telling ANYONE. They can just take the hint from my growing belly when the time comes, even then I won't just tell people I'm PG.
