Well if you are really serious about quitting coffee altogether i suggest looking into foods that boost your energy levels so you can kinda rely on that instead of coffee...
But i am a big time coffee fan...

and when i was TTC this baby i had had one loss and didnt want to do ANYTHING to damage the next baby... so i quit it altogether except for (like amber) the day i got my period i would have a big old cup of coffee!
I had one cup of iced tea on friday... and thats been my only caffein since about a week before i Oed with this baby.
I keep telling myself once i get to 12 weeks i can treat myself to a half caf cup of coffee now and then...
