So, I took clomid for the first time this month. I got a blaring positive OPK on CD15- a REALLY dark line. And I had horrible cramps/pains/aches in my left ovary/back from CD15 afternoon and then into CD16- where it hurt so bad it literally hurt to touch my left abdomen. The pain eased up on Saturday, although it was still there, just not near as bad. From the pain level, I am assuming I ovulated on CD16 b/c it hurt so much and I felt crampy and just overall crappy all day. Would that make sense that that was my "O" day? Do you "o" the day you feel the worst generally?

I've always had O pains, just never as intense as I did on Friday- so I am guessing that was when the egg was actually being released. But does that sound right to you?


Nonetheless, I am now in the 2ww.. thinking I am 3DPO.. and today I am feeling so emotional for some reason. Yuck! I hope this 2ww goes by in a hurry.

I usually feel the worst the day of ovulation. I too get really crampy and tender to the touch. It sounds like you had a great Ovulation!

YAY FOR OVULATION!!! And Once again we are cycle buddies I got my positive opk saturday and another one sunday morning. My guess is that I dropped an Easter egg. I told DH to send his boys on an easter egg hunt. har har har, ya I'm a dork. Anyways, I've heard that clomid intensifyes (sp?) the pain when O'ing. I really don't know why, I never had that, but alot of the girls in ttcwma had pain like that while on clomid.

Well, if my normal 28-29 cycle comes into play, I am due for AF Apr 3, which is next Thursday. But Monday would be 10 DPO.. so I will probably start testing then.

I did try to temp, but failed miserably. I am going to get serious about it next month if I'm not knocked up.

This 2ww is killer.. .especially with all the things I"m feeling right now. Yesterday was an emotional nightmare for me (thanks clomid).. and wow, I had more CM than I've ever had- picture squirting lotion directly in your panties (sorry if tmi)... but it will be worth it in the end if I get my BFP.

Last night in bed DH told me "I have a really good feeling about this month... I think this is it for us".. He never says anything like that.. of course, I have to wonder if he was just trying to get in my pants.. nontheless, it worked!!

Amber things sound really good!!!! I know I get ovulation pain and it is usually on my left side too. I hope dh is right and you get a BFP next month!!! Good luck and kup girl!!!
