Okay ladies, I understand why stressing over O can delay it a few days, but this is just ridiculous!!
Here is a recap of my month:
I started to get my EWCM, then had acupuncture and everything stopped. A few days later, my body started to ramp up again. I get all excited (to the point where I feel like I am holding my breath), and can't think of anything else. Well, that delays it again!! Then, my body starts again a couple days later, and I decide to go work out. Well, guess what?! You guessed it, another delay. Now I am once again having EWCM. I had acupuncture today, so I am sure I have delayed it again, but I just don't care anymore.......
Sorry, I hope you were able to keep up with my ramblings.
Well, here is my plan for next month:
No more stressing about this!! I am going to go with the flow and let nature take it's course. That means no temping, no opk's, and unfortunately no JM. So, I may be gone next month for a couple weeks.
Does anyone have any other advice for taking your mind off all this?? I need as much advice as you can give.

Oh man how frustrating!
I do have a suggestion... find a new hobby. When I started taking pics on a regular basis, it seemed to help keep my mind off it.
Good luck for this cycle, so you don't have to worry about next month

That is a tough one. It may not be down to stressing or working out. I worked out all the time for about an hour a day and it never changed my o day. I know all our bodies are different but we do stress a bit at the time because we want it so badly.
I wonder if it's just one of those months where you don't ovulate as that is quite normal as well.
No matter what though, I really hope you o real soon so you can move onto the 2ww and then the bfp's.
Sorry this is all so frustrating

How frustrating. I am sorry you haven't O'd yet and your body keeps playing with you. I think you have a good plan in trying not to think about it and even taking a break from JM. It is hard to keep your mind off of it but I agree that you should take up a new hobby. Or get some work done that you have been procrastinating. Maybe start a new book? Also I think telling yourself positive affirmations & prayer that your body can ovulate and can get pregnant and can carry a healthy baby to term will go a long way. HUGS We'll miss you while you are away.

Thanks ladies, I agree with you about the finding a new hobby. That is a good idea. As long as it is not physical. I know my body has always been sensitive and any little thing can knock my ovulation off and usually does, but I have never had this much trouble.
I really truly wish I could go back to the days where the only thing I knew about TTC was that stretchy cervical mucous was a sign of impending ovulation. Ah, those were the days!!
I will still be around until AF gets here, and then I will be gone until I think I am in the 2ww. My acupuncturist told me that she did some things to encourage AF, not ovulation. I just want this cycle to be overwith so I can start fresh in April.
Thanks again!

That is so weird that the accupuncture kept you from Oing! What did you accupuncturist have to say about that?

I just saw this post this morning Victoria, cause I was out of town over the weekend. I am so sorry your body is playing tricks on you
I am just really hoping that you get a nice surprise this month and you don't have to worry about temping, OPKs, or anything next month, but for a different reason than you are planning!!! Sometimes it happens when we least expect it, and it doesn't sound like you are expecting it!
Don't give up yet girl!!! Please KUP

I hope you get a BFP this cycle so you don't have to worry about it anymore, too. Good luck to you. As for a hobby, have you ever thought about learning to sew? I just started learning and it really takes all your concentration....you don't have time to think of anything else at the time. Just a suggestion!!
