This is totally silly and not really a big issue, but it is starting to bug me a little...baby's dad CANNOT keep track of how many weeks pregnant I am, even though he always remembers the due date. And he is a doctor, so its not like he should be totally clueless.

Seriously, each week he asks me how pregnant I am and then tells me I've miscalculated and then I walk him through the math again and then a day or two later he is confused again. It is driving me crazy! He keeps losing a week somewhere and also gets confused by which week is ending and which week is starting. On Monday we actually sat down with his iphone, pulled up some sort of application for calcualting this and I walked him through it over and over again until he understood. Then this afternoon he was confused all over again. He had forgotten how many weeks even though only two days have passed since we talked about it!!! At first it was really funny. Now, after more than 5 months of this routine its just totally annoying. Men!!

You poor thing! Dh might ask me how many weeks I am but he never questions my maths, so I don't mind that he asks! (Once I even had to look myself ).

But yes, being a doctor, even if he didn't remember the weeks, it'd be frustrating that you have to walk him through all the calculations again and again!!

That would annoy me too, the forgetting would be bothersome enough but then doubting what you told him would drive me batty. Mine never asks what week, and when I ask him when I'm due he clearly can't seem to remember that either just says "in April right?" ugh.

My dh doesn't ask either and honestly if it weren't for my ticker I wouldn't even remember how many weeks I am.

DH just says stuff like 1/2 way there or almost there when people asks him. He has no clue as far as the weeks. It would totally make me mad if he questioned my math though. I counted the weeks out on my work schedule. For the most part I remember but once in a while I do have to look.
