I just happened to look down at my stomach today and noticed that I do have this!!



I had it even in my front-view picture back from December (see Belly Pics thread). And not too long ago I started a thread asking when I'd get it! Guess I already had it!

I almost felt like I was posting my first positive pregnancy tests again! "Do you see the line?!?!" Hahaha! It's faint, but there! Does it get progressively darker throughout the duration of the pregnancy?

Yes. In fact it can turn almost black! It gets darker for some, but even having it is kind of cute huh?

I see it too! I didn't get mine until half way through the 3rd trimester last time, and it did get darker. I'm assuming I'll have it again this time but we'll see.

Awww I love it When I was getting a pedicure the other day my girl was telling me to make sure I exfoliate my stomach to help me not get one. I was like psh whatever I want one! lol!Soo cute!

Thanks for the eyes, ladies! My mom thinks it's weird that my line stretches all the way from my pubic line to my ribcage. She said hers was only ever from her belly button down with all four pregnancies. Anyone else's go above their belly button like mine??

Very cute! Yes, does look like the start of one. I have a very faint line above my bellybutton too. (sorry about the wrong date stamp. Dh has my camera and this is our backup):



It was so funny. The day dh noticed my line he thought it was a stretchmark. I was like, "NO!!"

Aww, your belly button is so cute!! Your line is lighter on top and darker on bottom; it's so cute! Mine's pretty light-colored right now, but I think it's about the same top and bottom. I wonder if the whole thing will get darker, or just the bottom half... Can't wait to find out!

I've always had linea negra though. Never been pregnant but I think it was the birth control that I was on that did it.
