My baby shower was a total success!! Over 20 people showed (more than I thought would show), and we all had a great time with the food and games. We had homemade sloppy joes and macaroni salad on the menu, along with chips, soda, cookies, and cake. I got a lot of really nice things! I was happy that we didn't get ONE bottle (everyone knows I'll be breastfeeding, and bottles are cheap if we want to buy some ourselves), and we didn't get a ton of clothes (I'll be getting a truckload of used clothes from two of my mom-friends, lol). I got a few things off my registry, including a Winnie the Pooh diaper bag, Pooh baby hamper, Pooh baby memory book, and a few other Pooh things (people were pretty good about keeping to the Pooh theme). I also got a Slumber Bear, which I thought was really cool! The only things left that we need to buy are a Diaper Genie, a bookshelf/entertainment stand, nursing pads, and a bassinet cover.

Thanks, ladies!!!!!! I am so happy that the weather is FINALLY hot enough to wear sundresses again! I always envisioned myself pregnant in a sundress, and I didn't think I'd get that chance with this pregnancy since the majority of it was during the winter time.
The greatest part about it is that I could never wear this sundress before. I bought it last year, but was disappointed to find that it sagged under my armpits because my boobs weren't quite big enough. No problem in that department NOW.

HAHAHA. I just realized that my mouth was full of Baked Doritos in the picture where my friend is measuring my belly.
I'm so glad about how everything turned out. And I feel so much more prepared now! It's a great feeling to know that we'd have everything we need to take care of Caleb if he were to come out now.

Congrats on the Great Shower, I was loving the almost 80 degrees weather here in Pa this past weekend.. I think that Slumber bear is adorable, Where can you get it at?
