No idea. Between the 2 girls and cooking we're currently going through a little over 2 gallons a week!

Vi probably only drinks about 8oz or so a day, she's not a big milk girl. She gets calcium with yogurt and cheese though, plus I usually give her a calcium vitamin as well.

Is there an amount they're "supposed" to have now? M loves milk, but like 3 or 4 times this week we've forgotten to give him the cup he usually has at 4:30 and seems to not always care (sometimes he is grumpy and i can tell he wants it) so that leaves him with about 18 ounces a day (wake up, mid day, and then bedtime)

I think most pedis recommend between 16oz and 24oz a day

Yes my Pedi says 16 oz a day. So that is about what Livi gets.

I still let her use a bottle before bed But she is not terribly attached to it. It just seems some warm milk before bed while she is laying down really settles her down. I plan to stop really soon.

I have no idea but she drinks a lot. She would live off milk if I would let her! I'll try to keep track today.

We nurse 3-4 times a day, so I don't really know how much he is getting. When I am not around daddy gives him defrosted mommy milk and it is usually around 5-6 ounces at a time.

I've been giving him 4-6oz cups bec/ he LOVES milk and the pedi told us no more then 24 ounces but i wasnt sure if a minimum still applied. He still has a sippy before bed and i dont mind that at all... i think it helps him keep his tummy full and sleep better so that works for us. I've also sort of noticed that on the days that i havent given him the cup at 4:30 that he eats dinner better... so maybe we'll phase that one out
