Just wondering what you do with your LO all day. We do puzzles, play catch, she will play with her toys, but it seems like she runs out of things to do pretty quickly and is constantly getting into things she shouldn't all day. ANd, it's horrible, but then I tend to turn the tv on for her so she'll sit still for a bit.
What else can we do or do you have any toys that are really great? I'm trying to figure out if we just don't have enough toys, or I just have a kid that likes to get into things.

It's the same here, except she won't even sit still to watch TV. She likes to play ball and DH showed her how to play hockey with little hockey sticks and she'll push the puck around for a bit, but she gets bored easily and would rather get into household items than play with her toys or color or read a book or anything like that. At daycare she's fine because she'll play with the other kids, but if it's just the three of us at home she gets bored and turns to mischief very easily, even if we're trying to play with her she'll still run off after 2 or 3 minutes because she's bored and wants to go do something else.

My little guy gets into everything...he'll read books actually for a while, but doesn't really play with any of his toys for long. I wound up bringing in our little tykes slide from outside to inside and that really keeps him amused Otherwise, he's dumping water bottles all over the house, taking the older kids stuff or throwing things into the potty He keeps me busy!

Vi keeps busy, but she has Lily to follow around a lot. She'll play by herself for a long time with the play kitchen and dollhouse though. She also likes doing puzzles on her own, or with someone, a lot. We have too many toys IMO, a lot of them don't even get used very often. I really need to weed through them. My SILs are always giving us their kids old toys, so we end up with tons.

Abri really enjoys coloring recently. She likes crayons and markers. I also got down Lily's Aquadoodle (special paper with a water "marker"). That seems to be a hit. Other than that she randomly reads books, pulls everything out of the movie drawer, or pulls everything out of the toy box.

OK I feel better now. It's probably just the age and will get better and then she'll start something new, lol. We actually got her the magnadoodle and a kitch for Christmas so maybe those will be good for her too!
