It looks like I'm having another miscarriage. I had spotting on Sunday night. Yesterday we went in for an u/s and there was no heartbeat, just an empty gestational sac. I went for my betas and yesterday they were 1350. They'd be higher than that at 7 weeks if all were okay...so, I go back for the second set of betas tomorrow but I know what's happening. The spotting has picked up a little bit today as well.
I'm so grateful that I have ten beautiful babies to raise and make me feel better. This has made me so much more empathetic towards those mamas who have recurrent losses (or even a single loss) and have to come home to an empty house with no other children. I feel very blessed. But still very sad.

Oh no! I really hope it's not a miscarriage, I really really do. I'm so sorry you are going through this again. As weird as it is, I feel an honest to goodness connection to you and it's killing me that you are going through this again.

So sorry to hear this . I do understand what you mean - my m/c devasted me but at the same time I was sooo grateful to have my two little boys, and even while I cried, I could find things to smile about because of them. It is a huge comfort in one part of your mind but of course m/c is devastating no matter what.

Thank you ladies! We are doing okay...still haven't passed everything yet but the bleeding is picking up so I think it will be soon. TMI, sorry.
I think we will try again. I am going to take prometrium just in case it's a progesterone problem even though I have no reason to think it is- we've had so many children with no problem...I'm not sure if these two m/c's were just coincidence or if there is something going on with my body...I dunno...but I don't think taking the prometrium will hurt anything...and if progesterone is the problem maybe it will help...we'll see...thanks for all the well wishes and support ladies! I really appreciate it.
