The Realtor called! The sellers are fixing EVERYTHING! The chimney cap, the foundation issues, the meter box, the window crank, the radon, the mixed up plumbing, the leak in the basement, the wire issues outside the house, the breaker issues, ect! The only thing he said he wouldn't do was fix the wiring in the basement, UNLESS the VA flagged him on it, and then he would fix it. It's not a huge deal as we'll redo the wiring when we finish the basement next year.
The foundation can't be fixed yet due to snow on the ground, so they are going to put three times the amount needed to fix it into Escrow so we can get it fixed some Spring. Everything else will be fixed in the next few weeks.
I am so relieved! I KNEW they are motivated to sell. They close on their new home in 5 days, and they already removed their listing. There wasn't even any negotiations!
