It has been forever and a day since I have been on JM but I have been keeping up with many of you on FB!! Still I figured it was a great time to start posting again! Life has been absolutely insain and I will be very happy to see 2011 go. This year has been one of the toughest and yet most blessed of my life!! For anyone who doesn't know, My exH kidnapped my daughter last summer, he said they were going shoe shopping and never came back. He flew to MN and lived with his parents while I fought like a Mother Bear to get her back (you would be shocked how hard it is when the abduction is parental). After 6 weeks of hell, I finally got her home safely but the courts have still allowed her dad to have unsupervised visits and we are still in the middle of a custody battle. Elijah is an absolute beam of sunshine!! He and his sis are the light of my life and they are both TOTAL hams!! I cannot believe that my baby girl is 6 and my baby boy is nearly 21 months old!!! Holy cow, how did that happen!?!?

Still single, I tried dating a guy who decided that he didn't need a job and who I then found out was still legally married!!! He had told me he was divorced and had been separated for two years but never divorced her.......man I am ready to either play for the other team or join a convent LOL. Sigh, Someday my prince will come and I am going to smack him for being so dang late!!!

I have missed JM!! It is good to be home!!!

I am so glad that you got Autumn back home. Hopefully you can get the custody worked out. I can't imagine a judge would allow unsupervised visits after a parental kidnapping! I'm hoping 2012 will bring stability and happiness to your life! You deserve it

So glad you got your daughter back safely! I can't imagine going through that and I'm shocked that the courts are still allowing him unsupervised visits, but they almost never make sense. Hopefully you can get this taken care of soon and have a better 2012. Glad Elijah is doing well too. Thanks for checking in here on JM - I've asked about you from time to time and wondered how you were.
