The holidays are over

Now that the holidays are over are you ready to get back to "real" life? If you put up decorations are they down yet? Are you happy or sad that the holidays are over?

I am so ready to get back to real life. I can't wait for the kids to get back to school, and I know they can't wait to get back to school. We have been pretty cranky around here. We got our inside decorations down the day after Christmas. The outside decorations came down today. I am happy that the holidays are over. I am ready to be able to get back into our normal routine, and get my house put back together. With all three kids home all day my house has been a disaster. My dh goes back to work tomorrow, and the kids go back to school Wednesday. I hope to have my house mostly back in order by the weekend.

All of our decorations are down. I'm looking forward to other upcoming events (5 year wedding anniversary in Feb, Vi turning 2, etc), so I'm fine with the holidays being over.

Our tree stays up until the Packers lose or after the Superbowl, which ever happens first

But I am glad the holidays are done. It's always so hectic since we travel every year and get back so close to Christmas.

As much as i love Christmas, i was kind of let down this year so i'm glad they are over for now. I hope M is more into them and understands more next year so its alittle more exciting

Our tree is still up, i thought about taking everything down today but we've got a lot of projects going on right now before my sister and mom get here Friday for M's birthday so i dont want to start another one.

I am starting to pack everything up. We took the tree down yesterday...I have decorations everywhere

Decorations came down on new year's day for us. We didn't decorate outside, so it was pretty easy since we only decorated downstairs. I'm still off until next Monday but Melodie started daycare again today and I have until Friday to get what I can done. I'll probably be spening some time at work catching up and then this weekend I'll deep clean the house before I go back to real life. I'm ok with the holidays being over, they were nice but I'm always ready to move on after new year rolls around.

We put everything away on New Years Day. As much as I enjoyed the holidays this year, I was ready to have everything back to normal. We have a lot happening in 2012...DH takes the Bar and should start a new job as an attorney, I am started back at school this month to finish my BSN in nursing, Greyson turns 2, we are TTC starting next month....so I am ready for 2012 to start!

All our decorations came down a day or two after Christmas! I'm ready for this new year and glad the holidays are over! Its back to hardcore wedding planning for me cuz may is gonna be here before I know it!

We put everything away on New Years Day. As much as I enjoyed the holidays this year, I was ready to have everything back to normal. We have a lot happening in 2012...DH takes the Bar and should start a new job as an attorney, I am started back at school this month to finish my BSN in nursing, Greyson turns 2, we are TTC starting next month....so I am ready for 2012 to start!
