What are you up to this weekend?

I don't want to do anything. The plans are for us to clean up the house, and do some yard work. I need to get my yard taken care of so I can start getting my garden ready to plant.

I'm hoping DH takes the girls to see his sister for a bit on Saturday, so I get some time to myself though

Dh is back to work after he took a week off so that'll be kind of weird! M and i are going to go check out the brand new NICU that our hospital just built. It's supposed to be state of the art and beautiful so i'm excited to see it. Its supposed to snow tonight though so hopefully its not too bad out by the time i go

My mom is down, so I am driving up to my aunt's to see her. I am not real excited about it, but it is what it is.

We did dinner tonight but skipped the grocery shopping we had planned on doing. The roads are bad enough and Walmart shopping at 5 on a Friday didn't sound appealing. We're going early in the morning instead. DH and I have a movie for tonight. Tomorrow after shopping we're going to just hang out. Finally take down the Christmas tree I guess

and I work in the afternoon. Sunday I have nursery duty at church and then work in the afternoon.

I haven't been feeling well this week and we don't have anything planned, so hoping to relax some. We did some laundry and did the groceries today, so we have a head start on our cleaning but more needs to get done tomorrow. Not much else...

lol Mylene....the Christmas tree? Really? Christmas was a month ago hun

I have to take everything down right away otherwise I get too depressed that Christmas is over. I don't like the reminders

Yesterday morning I took Aiden to a ballet/symphony concert for kids, then I went to the museum for a fashion exhibit and out to lunch with my mom. Dan and I hung out and watched Hulu with Chipotle takeout at night.

Now Dan and Aiden are at church and Gavin and I are hanging out...we'll just hang out and do laundry the rest of the day. A nice, relaxing Sunday

It's a fake tree

The rule at our house is the tree goes up Thanksgiving weekend and stays up and lit until the Packers lose. So it's been unlit for a week, but it's still up. DH and never have days off together anymore so we just haven't gotten to it yet.
