Ok so kinda personal. but. Even more so here lately.

How do you deal with the pain of dtd?

I used to just suck it up and after a while it didnt hurt so bad but here lately Ive been laking any cm so its down right awful..

Is there an herbal remedy that you have tried to help with either area?

I totally understand where you're coming from. The pain while DTD is a huge issue for me. I feel awful for saying this but I absolutely hate DTD because it's so bad. I have never really found a way to help with this. Sometimes I'll take a painkiller beforehand to take the edge off, and morning is better because your muscles are relaxed and it's less painful.

Have you tried something like pre-seed to help with lubrication? I know it's supposed to be as close to CM as possible (unlike normal lubricants which I can't use because I'm allergic) and that might help a little.

Also, sometimes we have to keep trying different positions until we find the least painful one x x

Jacob isnt into the whole lube using idea. Maybe if I brought up pre seed and told him how helpful it would be to our ttc lol..
Normal things whether they are water based or not really dont feel so good

I thought of trying to take Evening Primrose Oil or trying cough syrup only to increase my cm so that its not soo painful

I agree to try the pre-seed. I ordered some but I think it got lost in the mail. It used to be painful for me but hasn't really recently. We just had to try until we found a position that didn't hurt.

You know, I was going to post about this. For me, DF can't even get in without going down first. Even then, it's painful in the beginning. After a little bit, I'm fine though.

Lubricants have helped a little, but I find position makes the most difference especially near O when I can't tolerate deep penetration.

Do you have trouble with DTD during O as well? I find my O pain becomes so severe that sometimes I can't stand it in any position.

If I were you, I'd tell him how much the lube would help you and make it less painful - I can't imagine him not wanting you to enjoy DTD more! My DH says that it hurts him too when it's not lubricated enough. I have had good experiences taking Mucinex to increase CM. We also do different positions, but eventually it just all hurts.
