Children/Furbabies: Dalton, 14 months
Age: 25
Age diagnosed with Endo (or waiting on diagnosis): No lap for diagnosis, but was told by several doctors. They advised I just take BC the rest of my life instead of diagnosing. I was 15.
Treatments/Surgery: Have been on BC all but 7 months (plus pregnancy for my son and 6 weeks after) since I was 15. Yasmin, Nova Ring, the Patch, other Pill forms, now on Depo
Main Symptoms: Intensely painful period, vomitting, nausea, spotting throughout cycling, spotting after bowel movements, painful bowel movements, spotting after intercourse
Tell us something interesting about yourself! You know how you're not supposed to have a period on Depo? Guess what I did! I've been having a period - with endo pain - for the last 2 weeks on Depo. Took my shot 2 weeks early hoping to stop it. YUCK. Um, let's see, what else. I love to garden and what I really love is to plan things. I don't necessarily have to follow them through, but having organized plans is like crack to me!

Tell us something interesting about yourself! Well I am an art geek, and my dream growing up was always to have a family and lots of babies. Was told at 13 when I had my first surgery that I should stop thinking about kids and start thinking about a hystorectomy at the age of 25. So we shall see how it goes.

Age diagnosed with Endo (or waiting on diagnosis): I've had many doctors and one specialist tell me it's endo but without the surgery they can't say 100% for sure. Giving birth to my children, the doctors have said they see the legions on my uterus so...
Treatments/Surgery: None.
Main Symptoms: Really painful stomach problems before, during and after my period. Intense pain to the point where I'm crying and there's nothing I can do. Everything hurts from walking to going to the bathroom to curling up in a ball on my bed.

Treatments/Surgery: Surgery at 18 and 21. Two different prescriptions in my 20's, one I had an allergic reaction to the other messed me up royally. I can't remember what they were called but the one that messed me up was a nasal spray that made my body think it was in menopause. BC since then.
Main Symptoms: Eased over the years but started with horrific period cramps and extremely heavy periods. Irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, pelvic pain, upset stomach, etc etc etc.
Tell us something interesting about yourself: Was going to go get an ultrasound to find out if my tubes were working, got pregnant instead. Hubby and I were not taking precautions starting in August and got pregnant in October. I'm truly blessed.
