do you use? Do you find it hard to find something that copes with your heavy flow?

I've struggled with this since my first period. It took me until couple of years ago to hit on the idea of getting the very thickest, most absorbent kind of incontinence pads as they are much bigger than sanitary pads. It makes me feel like I'm wearing a mattress in my underwear though

I def. understand. before my lap I was using Tampax pearl tampons with Always overnight pads. If not I would leak through everywhere. My first and only normal af after my lap I was shocked. I used a tampon and regular flow at that and I wasn't leaking through lol..Little things like that make me happy

I have also used the tampon + heavy pad. Mostly I used overnight pads. I've been on Depo mostly since I got my period back after giving birth, so I haven't had a chance. Lately I've been bleeding on Depo though, so I've had to buy some again after a really long time!

I'm one of the lucky ones who doesn't get heavy bleeding. Every three months or so I will but normally just a regular tampon will work

I'm having a hard time with this AF. I got off a bit lightly last month so this time it's extra-heavy. I am seriously thinking of adapting one of my girls' nappies (diapers) to see if that works better.
