hi, i hope you dont mind me popping in here to ask you a Q.

when i was TTC i was diagnosed with endo, had the lap and all.
well i have had 2 AF's so far. got my first after Kyla was 12 months old.
so far my cycles are so wacked. 1st was 31 days long, 2nd was 25 days.
but boy am i suffering. the cramps are too awful. and i cant take anything cos i am BF.

what i wanted to know is,
do any of you have children and your endo came back?
shouldnt the cramps be better after having a baby?
also when i ovulate, i am so sore on one side. each cycle it was a different side. but it is so sore i feel i cant stand up properly.
do you think the endo is coming back?

sorry for the long winded post.

Hi and welcome. I'm sorry that your pain is coming back. Unfortunately there is no real cure for endo. It can come back after having a baby. As soon as your period starts back the estrogen starts back up. Have you considered going back to the doctor to talk about it?

Welcome to the board!

I heard the old 'pregnancy cures endo' a lot too, and unfortunately it wasn't true for me either. Some ladies are really lucky and find their quality of life is much better after having a baby, but for many of us the pain starts to come back. I get a lot of pain when I'm Oing too ((((((hugs))))))

I agree that you need to find a new gyno to find a plan of action to control your endo as much as possible. I'm really sorry that you have been suffering so much pain and I hope you will stick around and post with us some more x x
