I have my second OB appt. on the 30th, so that'll make me around 14 weeks, will they be able to tell the sex then or is it too early?

Some will say its too early, but I believe most of the time you can tell. We found out at 15 weeks that we were having a girl. If they are able to tell you that is great!
We had the gender confirmed like 3 more times because people kept telling us it was gonna end up being a boy

My dad and BF say boy, but everyone else says girl. All the gender predictions say girl, except the JM one. I feel like it's a girl, and my mom says that she felt the same way with me and my sister, and she knew my brother was a boy before they told her. If it does turn out to be a boy, my dad and BF will rub it in my face forever!

Are you getting the u/s done at your doc. office? I hope they can tell you the sex. I'm having to wait and wait and wait cuz the u/s place was so booked up. I get mine done the 29th.

I think they can try and guess but honestly I wouldn't put much stock in it, you can find u/s pics on the internet at that stage and the boy and girl shots look pretty much identical...I think week 17 is when there is an obvious difference. Girls can look very much like they have boy parts at that stage! If you are really wanting one gender over the other (seems like you want a girl) I would wait so that they don't tell you the wrong thing and you are disappointed. I know it's hard to wait though!

I believe they have an u/s machine at the dr's office...not too sure I've only been there once and they only weighed me and asked a bunch of questions and let me hear the heartbeat on the doppler...I hope they can tell for sure at my next appt. I sooo want a girl! lol

I know people that have had the gender told as early as 12 weeks, but it doesn't happen very often.
