We don't. BF is out on location...plus he told me I didn't get to celebrate mother's day because I wasn't officially a mom yet. So I told him the same. LOL

Were having a BBQ for my dad and BIL, and possibly Michael.. I invited him, but who knows if he'll come.

Really, it's an excuse for me to make cupcakes. Yay

We are going to a beautiful natural area near the coast. It was my pick, actually, because I'm celebrating school being out!!! Although we didn't make a big deal of mother's day I demanded a certain amount of niceness, so I will have to do the same in return today. I'm really super-happy with DH anyway because he helped me with a revolting cleaning-up task in my classroom yesterday, which made the end of my year sooooo much nicer!

Nope, we didn't do anything, DBF had to work. Also, we didn't do anything for Mothers Day. Next year will be more fun!

Hope - you must be thrilled that school is done! I know you were really looking forward to it.
Charlotte and I made DH a t-shirt with her footprints on it and printed him some pictures of the aftermath. Then we just had family time during the day and all napped together in the afternoon.

We had my parents over, and my sister and her boys. And DH's aunt and uncle showed up as well. So they all got to meet baby..
It was a busy day and I am still exhausted!
