When my ears were pierced my mom only had me wear real gold with teensy tinesy stones (also real) at first. I think I was in first grade. I wasn't allowed to wear dangling earrings until high school, so I guess that was when I wore "grown up" jewelry.
We saw the movie "Big" and went swimming. The boy told me I was the first girl he "went with" that didn't try to have sex with him, and he told me he loved me. We were in 7th grade! I was freaked out.
Whoa! That's nuts! I'd be freaked out too.
What was your first car?
I bought a '66 Dodge Dart from my Grandpa, but never drove it. I sold it to my dad in exchange for tuition My first car that I actually owed and drove is my '02 Mazda Protege, that I just bought a few years ago.
Special thanks to AlexAiden Mommy for my precious siggy
In high school I drove my parents' buick. It wasn't "my" car but we had 3 cars for 3 people... so it kind of was mine. Toward the end of college my family handed down an acura integra which I drove to over 200,000 miles. Now DH and I share a 2004 (I think?) corolla, the first car I had any part in buying.
