LO's real name is ethnically representative of both DH and me, and it's also popular in the Hispanic culture, which is cool being here in California. I chose Max for JM because it's a name with a positive meaning, like Hope.
how funny stephanie.. i live outside of Phx and my Aunt lives across the street from the race track in Loudon! LOL ( I was also Born in NH)
Ava's name.. well I wanted to name her Peyton but my husband would NOT go for it.. so I googled Irish girls name.. and for some reason that came up and i loved it and thought I've never heard that name before.. so that was it.. and before she was born I heard 2 people with the name shopping in Ikea and then at her 24 hour check up at her doctor office they called "Ava" so we stood up and the lady said oh no,l not your' Ava. sorry.. and another little girl named Ava came running.. LOL so much for not common!
HAHA My SIL's brother lived outside of Peoria for a while! We actually flew down there in 03, part of why his name is Phoenix too! As well as the bird, and the race track, Phoenix was the first place we went as a family, me, dh, and dss.
Ava is beautiful! Isn't it always like that though? You think it's unusual and awesome, then you find out someone else thought of it too, HA!
