I don't know if I am posting this in the right place?? (this is my very first time on a forum)
This is my very first pregnancy and I have way more than a million questions!
I know I can ask my doctor, but I haven't gone to an obgyn yet. I don't have insurance, but I'm in the army and they will cover everything, I just have to wait for them to send the referral!)
First question: I think I have a 'baby bump' but I'm not sure if it is just a full belly (because I've been eating alot lately??)
Second question: Any recommendations for the best pre-natal vitamins? I'm taking basic ones, but I don't know if there is something out there that is 'amazing'??
Its late and I can't form anymore thoughts to ask any more of my questions...I'm just hoping I'm posting in the right place???
You can certainly post questions here. You may also want to look for your "Due date club" on Just Mommies. Through each stage of pregnancy you can "talk" to women who are going through the same thing... and many will have been through it before.
Regarding the baby bump - you might want to start taking pictures to watch your progress. Many women in my due date club did this and posted them. Personally I think the changes I saw during my first trimester were mainly bloating.
Also not sure about "amazing" vitamins. The very most important thing to get is enough folic acid, which I'm sure just about any prenatal multivitamin would have. My regular doctor also recommended DHA, but I think the research is a little mixed as to whether it is as amazing as people initially thought.
