Our pediatrician recommended gripe water for our gassy spotty fussy baby on Monday. Today we actually had an entire day cry free!!!! It's a miracle!! Fingers crossed it continues. Anyone else have experience with this OTC medicine?

I'm glad it helped! Our son was unable to digest dairy proteins, and we gave him gas medicine from time to time as an infant, but what helped the most was avoiding dairy (and soy) altogether and massage on his belly.

Whew, that must be a relief. I haven't tried anything like that; I just try to eat less dairy and avoid nuts, both of which seem to help my LO.
