Anybody got any great tips for easing the lower back pain? I have a little bit of scoliosis (sp?) so my back naturally curves in anyways but this is crazy. I've been told it gets worse with pregnancy but I'm not sure what I can do if anything to get a little relief. Usually when it's bothering me I can lay on the floor for a few minutes to stretch it out..early on in the pregnancy I did that and I got stuck on the floor...it hurt so bad I couldn't move to get up, brian and our son corbin had to help me get up so I didn't do that again. Just wondering what all you ladies do for any type of relief?
I have scoliosis too and have since I was 12. Laying on the bed for a few minutes helps as well as the floor. I also take a warm shower and just stand there and let the water beat on my back for like 5 - 10 minutes and that helps a great deal. I was never into hot water packs or anything like that. Just the laying down and showers. I hope that helps.
