I wanted to just share something that I think is a really good idea... I used to be obese and have lost literally over half of myself in the last year... one of the things I use is a nutrition diary... I keep track of my calories, my carbs, my proteins, and my fats... I have a very detailed way that all of it should work out for me... ANYWAY.... I've found that this is an EXCELLENT way for me to be sure that I'm getting all of the nutrients that baby needs. It's just an idea that I thought I would put out there.... if you have any questions about it I'd be glad to try and answer them.
