Around how much did or will you spend on your little one for Christmas? Will you try to put a cap on it when they are older? This was asked in a couple other boards and I was amazed at some of the amounts!

<$50 for Troy and we will try to keep it reasonable every year--<$100 for awhile. I know things get more expensive as they get older, but I will try! Plus my mom buys EVERYTHING!

We spent about 50 bucks on Kiera when she is older probably around 100-200.

We're spending around $30 on Eric this year, which doesn't sound like much but he's got three sets of grandparents that are going to spoil him crazy and we need to buy a convertible car seat probably in January. As he gets older, we're thinking of around a $100 limit for him give or take. Of course, I would love to spend more, but until we win the lottery....

I spent a lot Probably about $200. But one of his gifts (jolly jumper) was like $70 with tax, lol. I had to buy him a bunch of clothes too because he has almost none in his size, so that added up a bit. One of his grandmothers just bought him a toy for 6m+ and my mom isn't buying him much either.

I had no intention of spending that much, but it added up before my eyes
