I remember the most difficult thing early on was eating right (I have never been good at that!), but later on, it was positioning for sleep--I was most comfortable on my back and was told to not sleep that way for long
A balanced diet! I was dieting beforehand (lost 20 lbs!), but then nothing ever sounded good except cold cereal. Now I can eat pretty much anything, but nothing healthy ever sounds good! Case in point: tonight I had Taco Bell for dinner. I need to start eating better, but mostly I am too lazy to cook anymore and I can't convince DH to do it for me even though he is a chef. Go figure.
limited mobility!!! I hate not being able to bend move like a normal human!!! it kills me to sit....since the baby has dropped. It's painful to stand the only time I'm ever really semi comfy is lying down on my side.
