I am almost 18 weeks and I feel pretty good. I haven't gained any weight, but I started overweight, so I am not too worried about it. I have my next appointment in a week and a half and they will schedule me for my ultrasound! We are hoping to find out what the baby is. I also haven't seen the baby yet, so I am super excited!

Keep us up to date on that hip, hon!!

And I really hope you let us know how the ultrasound goes - I remember that 20 week one was so exciting, seeing the baby for the first time! Enjoy it!

i'm 10 weeks and i'm feeling much better than last week. m/s is gone, still have major aversions to lots of foods tho. I'm crying at the drop of a hat and i'm a little constipated, but other than that I'm feeling healthy and happy!

I'm about 5 1/2 weeks along now and the morning sickness is starting to kick in. I'm feeling really nauseous today, but luckily I haven't had to run off to the bathroom yet. Definitely constipated too, and pretty tired, but otherwise OK.

I was going to put that you have sciatic pain and then I saw your siggy I will just post my advice here!

1) Stretch the low back and hip/butt muscles (I will find pics if you need-=just let me know)
2) Heat the low back/butt as well--that will help loosen the muscles to take pressure off the nerve
3) If it doesn't improve, see a MD and get a referral for physical therapy--that will work wonders!!!
