Where to vacation this summer. DF and I are honeymooning in St. Thomas, USVI, but we're trying to plan a vacation around July 4th. FFIL offered us a week of their Marriott timeshare, so we can go anywhere that Marriott has timeshare properties.

Any ideas?! It seems like we always do Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, etc.

Texas! Lubbock specifically I got nothin other than that. Our "big" vacation is going to include floating the river at New Braunfels for 3 days.

Haha! We actually considered Texas - but were thinking Galveston. But it's been a few years since I was there, not sure what's happening there since the hurricanes.

I'd LOVE to get to Turkey or Hungary some day - but I think it's a bit far for a week!

Toronto is a real possibility though!!! Hmm...have to talk to DF about that!

We did NYC for Christmas - and ended up snowed in during a blizzard! It was amazing though. Even though it cost us $3,000 to get home - on top of the rest of the weekend! We did say we wanted to go back in the summer. That might be a good option.

I'll also check in with the NE and Canada!

Thanks girls.
