So I have been trying to use this time while on the meds to get healthier and get into better shape. The past few weeks I have been doing four laps around the neighborhood which equals two and a half miles. Today I did five laps which is three miles!!!! My goal is to get to eight laps which would be five miles a day. My internal clock has been going off every morning at seven so I am able to get out and walk before it gets real hot. I also have not had a soda since Tuesday. Dr. Pepper is my weakness!!! I have been having a glass of water in the morning and a glass of tea with dinner other than that water all day. It is quite hard but it is worth it!!!

Thanks ladies!!! It is amazing how much better I am feeling and how my self confidence is getting better. I have also been going to the tanning bed which I will stop before we start ttc again and it is also boosting my self confidence.
