I wish I knew that I had endometriosis sooner rather than almost a year after we started trying.

I wish I knew how long it might actually take to conceive. After preventing it for so long, I figured as soon as I stopped preventing, it would happen. Pssht. I wish!

I understand where you are coming from. Were you on the pill?

No, unfortunately, I was on the shot. For 10 years. Man, that messed my cycle/body up! After we do get our BFP, I plan on using the pill. Or something that doesn't take months or years to regain your fertility after you stop taking it. I want 2 or 3 children, so no more depo provera shot for me.

I do not have any experience with the shot but I have heard that coming off of it can be hard. Has your body regulated itself?

I believe it has. I seem to have a very regular 26 day cycle and I've read that's pretty normal.
