Updated!
No real difference yet. I still get really bloated in the evening. This one was taken a little after breakfast. The picture quality looks a little funny because it turned out too dark so i had to brighten it afterwards.
I'm also adding watermarks now just to be safe (even though they look horrible )

I know what you mean about being bloated in the evening. That is definitely me too. My belly is good all day until the evening, then I feel like my stomach is about to explode.
Question....how did you get your screen name on your pic? Good idea!!

Trust me it took forever for me to figure it out!  I just went to edit my picture and added a text. It took awhile for me to figure out how to make it not stand out too much.
