Hello Mommies to be,

I'm posting this on behalf of my girlfriend, Deb.

We had our first ultrasound today, at 9 weeks 5 days. It was very cool, and far more detailed than I think either of us imagined. The little guy was squirming and wriggling around all over the place. It was so amazing to see him move so much - he's an Olympic wriggler already! His little heart was beating at 148bpm, and from crown to rump, he was 2.96cm (just over an inch).

We could clearly see the chambers of his heart, his fingers, toes and tooth buds.



What do you think... boy or girl?
