I believe Kate's words to John were: "Stephano is NOT as sick as he pretends to be". This after rolling Stephano in his chair out from his bedroom where the two of them had disappeared to....

Yeah, she mentioned that in fact, that she has a history of sleeping around for money. I guess she's having a hard time shaking her original career choice.
