My TV rarely deviates from the Syfy channel.

depends on what TV you are talking about. All of the kids TV's are always on kids chanels, and the one in the formal living room is mostly kids channels.
The main living room is mostly football (um grrr)

I don't have cable, just a few channels. I watch NBC most of the time.

mine is on ABC most of the time only because when DH is OOT I leave the TV on all night and they have the best middle of the night programming...I never have to worry about waking up and seeing some crime scene shot that will freak me out in the middle of the night.
