Hello, Been TTC for a while now with not much luck do to very short luteal phase ,so I decided to give Vitex a try. I have been taking it for about 2 1/2 weeks now and already noticed an improvement. Just wanted to ask a few questions and hear some stories. How long did you take Vitex before you got a BFP? What method did you use? And any thing else you want to share. Thank you!

some sources say to stop taking it as soon as you become pregnant, others say that stopping right away may cause miscarriage, others say to slowly wean yourself off. it was all too confusing for me so i just decided to stop taking it.

I have never taken Vitex, but awhile back when I was wanting to lengthen my cycle, a lot of people had advised me to take vitamin B6, but again, there seems to be a lot of conflicting info online about how much to take how often, and when to stop, so I decided against it. Thankfully my cycle "worked itself out" and my last few cycles (before this one... -.-) ended up with a 13 day lp.

Good luck!! I hope somebody else here can give you the advice that you need!!!
