I was just wandering if anyone here uses an online system to keep track of cals/excercise?? I used to be a member at My Fitness Pal, then my sister turned me on to 411 Fit. Both are pretty much the same - you enter your info, they tell you how many cals you need to burn, then you enter your daily foods and any excercise you did. It keeps up with it and tells you how many cals burned for the day, grades you on your accomplishments and 411 fit even has "challenges" that you can do to motivate you even more. It's pretty cool! Just thought I'd ask and encourage anyone who might need another avenue for change.
