Hey ladies! I'm Katie, a 30 year old SAHM mom to 3 boys (Thomas 5, John Ryan 3, and Evan 1). My DH and I haven't been on the same page about a 4th. I really wanted one, he is more worried about the logisitics of a 4th (mainly the financial responsibility) which I totally understand and respect.

Last cycle, we had a bit of a scare and thought we may have caught the egg because I'd miscounted my cd's. Turns out, it was the day after O and I had actually miscounted my miscounting (if that makes any sense LOL) I originally thought we were safe at 2 days after, then I thought we'd got the day of O....but in reality it was the day after. Anyway, long story short I was an emotional wreck last month. I'd already thought I was totally ok with not having a 4th and however it turned out last month would be fine. Well, upon all the BFNs and the arrival of AF, I was caught off guard by how upset and depressed I was. I guess it's one of those situations where you don't exactly realize how much you wanted something until the possiblity was there and then it was gone?

Anyway, that leads to now. We've more decided to move to not trying nor preventing and I've started temping and charting again so there's no more miscounting, LOL. This cycle we DTD either 2-3 days before O, so it looks like I'm in the running again (maybe?) We know it's in God's hands now and whatever His will is for our life will be done. If He intendeds for us to have a 4th it will happen. I'm also determined to not have another emotional breakdown like last month if it doesn't happen.

Needless to say at 5 dpo, I'm already analyzing every possible symptom while trying to not let myself read too much into anything. I've got some ICs on the way and, Lord help me, I'm already feeling the strong urge to POS, eventhough I know it's way too early!!! The ICs are due to arrive next week when I'm around 10dpo, so that'll hopefully keep me from doing it at least until then!

I'm Amee, wife to Ryan and mama to Harleigh (14 months).
We have been NTNP since February. DH is also uncertain of another due to finances and I also respect that but its getting to the point where my baby fever is so bad I don't care anymore
