whether you have kids or do not.....
What do you look forward to when it comes to your
boy or girl baby???????

to those with kids previously what do you
enjoy about your baby boy/girl or what did you
enjoy about your kids when they were babies?

also another question to those with kids
did your dh/so favor one sex over the other
before you two had kids??????

I am asking because I grew up with a lot of
siblings and babysat a lot of kids but I know
that is not the same as having your own kids
and I am really curious. ( :

I don't think gender matters at this point. I'd look forward to breastfeeding and homeschooling either way.

DH wanted a girl so bad, and of course he got his way I was leaning toward a boy first but I would never change having a girl. Harleigh is my everything. I really enjoy watching her grow and learn new things. Although I feel like she is growing too fast.
For the next baby, gender doesn't really matter to me. I look forward to nursing again, I really really miss it.

Same here!

We didn't favor a specific sex with either pregnancy. Our first took almost 3 years of TTC, so by the time we were pregnant, we just wanted a baby! LOL The sex didn't matter at all. And we didn't have a preference with the second pregnancy either.

I just feel that outside of biology, it's pretty much the same either way. We can do the same things with both kids, regardless. They both have different personalities, but I don't think that has to do with the sex of the kids, just that they are individuals.

enjoy about your kids when they were babies? Nursing, cuddling, hearing the giggles and their baby talk, watching them learn and crawl... it's all so precious!

before you two had kids?????? I wanted girls and my husband wanted a boy but were happy to have whatever the Lord wanted to give us

I wanted a girl first. And would love a girl again. However, dh wants a boy to "carry on the name" and I'd love for him to get to do all the boy things like I get to do the girl things with our first. And really, it doesn't matter because you'll love them no matter what and all I really want is a healthy baby.

I would love a girl next. Same with DH... we had no real preference when I was pregnant. I think DH may have wanted a girl, but he loves having a boy. It really doesn't matter to me, but I would love to have one of each right now and be able to dress a girl in cute girly pink stuff.
