Wow! It's been a while since I've been on the boards (as you can probably tell from my outdated siggie). But now I'm back with a question.

A little background: I had a baby six months ago and have been EBF since. I haven't had any visits from AF yet and I'm not on BC but we use a condom every time we DTD. I have no idea what is going on with my cycle right now... Which brings me to my question.

We DTD about a week ago and about 2 days ago I started cramping. I figured AF had returned, but no dice. Then yesterday I noticed my breasts were really tender (like a really bad bruise) and that it hurt like crazy when my baby nursed. I kept trying to think back if I hurt myself and then started to think it might be something medically wrong when it dawned on me that my breasts, and nipples especially, are super sore when I'm PG.

Is it possible these are PG symptoms? Wouldn't it be a little too early?

Not necessarily. Especially if when you DTD it was around O time. It takes 5-7 days for an egg to implant, and everyone is different when they develop their first symptoms.
Would you be ok with another baby? If you do end up pg, I would definitely be contacting the condom company for a faulty product.

I think we'd be okay with it... eventually. We were planning on waiting for another 18 to 24 months before TTC again, if we ended up TTC again at all. We were thinking two might be it for us.

I know we will love another baby, if that's what's going on, but it will definitely take some adjusting.

Thanks for the response. I know my question is one that probably pops up often, so I really appreciate you taking the time to answer!
