so my first is 2 and after she was born i used mirena as form of birth control. it was great for awhile until once a month i was dying in pain with contraction like symptons. i took the mirena out now almost two months and thought i would get my period but it only lasted 2 days and very light i took a preg test last week before the two day and it was neg.... could it be wrong? should i take another?

Your periods can behave a bit weirdly for a while after taking out an IUD (just been talking to the doctor about that this morning) so in all likelihood you have just had a weird period.

But you never know. I'd give it a few days, then try again, just to be sure for your own peace of mind.

It may take a while before your periods go back to normal. If things don't seem to improve in a few weeks it wouldn't hurt to retest.

After I took out mirena and while on it my periods were so messed up for months they are just now getting back to normal and that was over a year ago.

oo wow.... a year?? then on the otherside ive heard alot of mc after removing the mirena and getting preg to early

BC, regardless of what kind, screw your natural system up for a time. It may take a few cycles to get back on track. It may take one. It depends on your body.
