Hi, I am Sarah. I am 30 years old, with an 8 month old baby, I am still BFing a lot, I still have not had a single AF postpartum and no sign of one either. My libido is not super high either She is a huge nurser and I don't know when she will reduce her feedings enough for my fertility to return!

Also, I had a very dangerous ectopic pregnancy in 2010, my right fallopian tube was removed in emergency surgery which saved my life. I am at risk of another one, so I need to catch any pregnancy very early on and get it checked out to make sure it is in the right place! I also only have one tube now, but apparently it works okay since I had my daughter!

We are just BDing whenever I am up to it and I am keeping a lookout for EWCM, or any early pregnancy symptoms, but it might be many months before things get back on cycle. However, I expect to ovulate before my first AF so maybe we will catch it, who knows???

Anyone else NTNP while BFing??

Me! My son just turned 11 months and I hate BC and he hates condums so we're NTNP. It took us 6 years to get pg and that was with Gonal-F meds so it happening on it's own is slim.
