Hi. I don't know who is still on here from when I chatted here last time, but I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Jenna (married to Jace) & mama to 3 boys. My most recent ds was born in January, but the Jan play group is really slow. So since I am npnt I thought I try this one.

This one is really slow, too. lol The Feb 2012 pr slowed down so I came here as well. Everyone has gone to fb. I tried arts and crafts as well, but it looks like everyone is focused on baby making atm.

So how's life? Which milestones has baby reached?

When I first joined jm I couldn't keep up with all the post & this (although not as popular as the ttc boards) was still full of members. Oh well. Life is pretty good here. My ds is crawling like crazy, but we just started trying some real food & he's not a big fan. He'd rather just have milk. How's your lo?

Crawling, how fun! Winter is starting to scoot. She gets on her hands and knees sometimes. We're mostly working on sitting. She HATES baby food. I decided we'll do the rice cereal since she loves that, and at seven months we will go strait to table food. She really likes table food. lol You should see what she does with cheese.

Yeah I think ds would prefer table food. He's always trying to eat my food anyway. I've tried blending my food (single veggies that have been steamed), but he's just not all that interested in the mushy stuff.

Yeah, Rose likes gumming cornbread, sucking on cheese, or mushing bits of fruit. Hates the soft textures.

Hi Venetta!

DS ate a little bit of pear & rice cereal. I think it is a texture thing. If I make the food thicker he does better with it. I think I need to get a food processor so I can just try more foods. He might be my only picky eater!

This will be my second one. lol My first eats only a handful of things now, but she used to eat anything we put in front of her. This one is starting out difficult! I hope she's the opposite. Eventually she can eat whatever I give her.
