So while I am NTNP, I want to make sure that we are having a surprise boy. I've been doing the "boy diet" on here, and it did give me more EWCM that is in theory better for boys, but I am gaining weight with it! I'm already fat enough. I wonder if it would work if I only did it around my fertile time? Cause this seriously blows.

Are you ladies hoping for a surprise boy or girl? Or do you not really care either way. I want a boy so badly. I want him to have Superman hair and green eyes.

I definitely want a boy. I saw some stuff with the boy diet and I have been eating a lot of avocado (more because I've been wanting it than following it XD), having tomato stuff and avoiding dairy stuff but I dunno if it would do much really. I thought about looking at it properly but thought I would try and take things cruisy. I know some get really mad when people feel like this but I do think that there would be a time where we would be really disappointed if we had a girl first. Wouldn't abort or even think about it or anything and I'm sure we would get over it but a boy is DEFINITELY the preference. We've had our imaginary, non concieved son named for about 5-6 years and always say how a boy first will be awesome. Of course DH is convinced we will somehow end up with three girls, including a set of identical twins lol.

Yes, people can get tiffy about someone being honst and saying they didnt get the gender they wanted, BUT Gender disappointment is a real issue. I very, very badly want a girl. The last 2 babies we had were boys. I love my boys very much but did deal with some hard emotions when we were told they were he and not she. Even my DH had some disappointment. Heres to hoping everyone succeds in there goal!
