Samantha likes this and so do i.

I make a box of mac & cheese (lately i have been buying the whole wheat kind), according to directions...though i use less milk then it says, if using the powdered cheese kind. I take some leftover chicken and cut it up, or i cook some on the stove if there arent any leftovers. I add it to the mac & cheese. I then add some mild salsa, just the veggies from it not the juice or it will be too runny. I heat until hot again and throw some shredded cheese or cheese cubes and stir until melted.

Put in a bowl, allow to cool for toddlers & throw a dollop of sour cream on top (if you like sour cream).

Serve.
