I make these for Samantha for breakfast, but they could be served for any meal or snack.
-small, soft tortilla,
-peanut butter (this is the pretend refried beans),
-diced strawberries (these are the pretend tomatoes),
-diced bananas (this could be the pretend chicken),
-diced kiwis (pretend lettuce),
-mango slivers (pretend cheese),
I take a small tortilla, usually we just have flour but any soft tortilla will work, spread peanut butter on it. Add the fruits, fold over, cut into slices & serve. It is a big hit at our house.
